I think the problem with em-dashes being flagged comes when you use them like this—with no space around them, as opposed to this — with a space to either side. No spaces, I get squiggles. Spaces, no squiggles.

I haven't seen that — there we go. I get no squiggly. But if you do, why not just Add it instead of Ignoring it. Then it shouldn't happen again.
