As I recall, there were a few problems importing from Eudora in E2001 that were never completely solved until Entourage v. X. Maybe some former Eudora user (Barry W?) can give you more details or offer suggestions. One thing comes to mind (and I may be completely off base here): Is there a way you can try importing one folder at a time? Move the files for each folder out to some other location, leaving just one; or using the Import from text file option, and specifying a mailbox (MBOX) file and selecting just one folder's mailbox?
