If an email is caught by the junk mail filter, it won't be added to the
list.  So, if you don't have that feature turned on, try turning it on.
However, I'm not sure what to do with mail that slips through.  I was
thinking that if you manually set the category of a message to junk that the
sender would be removed, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
