It's been debated before at some length. I'm in the 'BCC Only is Legal'
camp, because reading RFC822 tells me there are two alternatives for the
minimum set of headers: Date, From & To; and Date, BCC & To. Other people
read this section of the rfc differently and the Entourage developers fall
into the other camp.
