Isn't this message formatted in the desired way -- reply text at top,
followed by signature, followed by quoted text? I did this with the
following settings in Entourage v. X:
Mail & News Preferences, Reply & Forward tab, choose "Prefix my replies with
internet-style attribution lines" and check the "Place insertion point
before quoted text" box. This works if you have a signature. If you don't
have a signature, then the cursor is placed *immediately before* the quoted
text, forcing you to press the return key a couple of times to separate the
reply from the quoted text.
