I see you are still using Entourage 2001, correct? (You should always identify the program version.) That also must mean OS 9.x.
There is a contextual menu module that will come close; it will let you select a file in Finder and will attach it to the open outgoing message in Entourage, or if none exists, create one. If I recall correctly it was written by Phil Kearny and is called "Entourage Menu". You can find it at this page: <http://www.avernus.com/~phil/OEStuff.html>. It says "Outlook Express" Stuff, but if you scroll and look at link you will see that some or most of his scripts have Entourage versions. (These are OS 9/E2001 scripts, and may not work with OS X--won't, in the case of Entourage Menu since CMM does not exist on OS X.)
