Hi Andy, I believe the IMAP method works for that. Below is David Cortright's answer to a similar question about Outlook. (I seem to be very adept at quoting others today :-). If I'm wrong or there's a better way to do it, I'm sure someone else will jump in.
- - - - - - - - - Go to <http://www.mailandnews.com> and sign up for an IMAP account, or sign up for a mac.com account (which can be used as an IMAP account). Set up this new IMAP account in both Entourage and in your Windows e-mail app. Create folders in your new IMAP account that mimic the folders for your saved mail. Go into each saved mail folder select all messages, and drag them to the appropriate folder in your new IMAP account.
