Just to expand on what Paul has described here - the beauty of these custom views is that they are dynamic - i.e. They update automatically as long as the view is open. Add a new contact to the category viewed in a CV - the CV window updates to show that contact. New mail arrives that falls within the CV criteria - that mail shows up in the CV window. They are really very powerful and extremely useful. I recommend all users take the time to explore them and find their true worth for themselves. -- Barry Wainwright <http://www.barryw.net> There are two great secrets to success in life.
