Queuesync error message

Title: Queuesync error message

I have installed QueueSync
I put my handheld in the cradle, click the hotsync button and get this message:

Transport Monitor
Could not complete your request.
Hotsync already in progress.  Try again when it is finished.

I quit Entourage X, try again, get same error message.

Please help
