There's no easy solution to this one. The encoding for filenames in messages isn't very well standardized across different email clients. We had to do *lots* of tweaking to come up with a system that would be compatible with various email clients out there. I honestly don't know how we can do better without making it so that if you send attachments to certain email clients, the names will be scrambled.
