I'm trying to do in Entourage, what I used to do in Mail. Setting up rules, so that messages from certain people/other criteria, Get moved into specific folders.
That works. I also wanted customized Sound-Alerts per/rule... So that different sounds Flag me when mail is coming from a certain person (so I don't have to have Mail open to see who it's coming from). I can't seem to get the 'Play Sound' to work. It moves the stuff in the Folder, but no sound is played. I installed the "Sound Effects" package from the Value Pack... Thinking I needed that. But it didn't make a difference. Only the four 'default' choices of sound are available : And even those... Don't seem to make a sound. And I have the speaker cranked Up to test it. :( Any help / hints would be appreciated.
