Syncing with Visor

Title: Syncing with Visor

I downloaded Queuesync.  Already have Palm software for OS X.  Go to sync and get error message “The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established.  Please check your setup and try again.”  Called Handspring and they said their Visors do not yet have the software to work with OS X.  I thought having the Palm X software was all that was needed.  Is anyone out there able to sync with a Visor?
