Give us some more details about your setup and perhaps someone can see a
culprit.

If you option click on the Entourage icon on the doc when you get this
message, do you see "Application not responding?"

You might try turning on crash logs in the console. If you are having
frequent crashes then someone that knows how to read logs might need to take
a look.

If you don't have reproducible steps to create the crash it probably won't
do much good.

Setting Console Preferences to Log Crashes

You now enable crash reporting using Console to set up some preferences that
will determine how the crash logs are displayed and stored. The Console
application can be found in :

Applications->Utilities


- Launch Console and open its preference panel and select the tab labeled
"Crashes".


- Check the first box. This will store the crash logs in your home Library
folder under "Logs". Crashes will be stored by application. For instance if
Mail crashes will be logged to


~/Library/Logs/Mail.crash.log
