You're best off not going to the Word-Mac Talk list, which is quite moribund
with not many answers after a very, very long wait (could be 10 days), but
instead use Entourage's news reading with the Microsoft news Server already
installed (or if you deleted it, it's at
news.microsoft.com
set up under Tools/Accounts/News.) Click on it, then on
microsoft.public.mac.office.word
(NOT microsoft.public.office.mac.word2001, which is deprecated)
Or you can access it directly in your web browser (Internet Explorer,
Netscape, etc.) here:
<http://groups.google.com/groups?group=microsoft.public.mac.office.word>
Among its contributors is the assiduous MVP John McGhie, who knows more
about Word than any 25 people on the mailing list. You will usually get a
full, excellent answer from him or someone else within a few hours.
