It even has a keyboard shortcut: Cmd-Option-V. Try it! I find that if I copy several paragraphs from a Word document and use Paste as Plain Text to paste into Entourage, no extra returns are added. Thus, no need to replace returns with Line Feeds in Word, no need to remove hard returns and use paragraph spacing...It works seamlessly for me. -- My web page: <http://home.earthlink.net/~allenwatson/> My scripts page: <http:homepage.mac.com/allenwatson> Microsoft MVP for Mac Entourage/Word--<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
