You can however, drag and drop from one identity to another. When you drag a folder to the desktop it creates an MBOX file. Note it does not include the subfolders. Do each folder individually. For my folders with lots of subfolders, I create a folder on my desktop to keep them organized. Switch identities and drag the file into the folder window of the new identity.
