AFAIK Netscape keeps its mail in mbox format so the import may generally be
as simple as dragging and dropping the mail files from HD/System
Folder/Preferences/Netscape Users/username/Mail/ into the Entourage window.
I am not familiar with Netscape's encryption capabilities. If it encrypts
the whole mailbox then I doubt that the import will succeed. If, on the
other hand, it only encrypts individual messages within the mailbox, then
you may be able to import the messages that aren't encrypted.

Can you go into Netscape and turn of the encryption for the mailbox?
