Unfortunately again I'm experiencing difficulties in trying to download some
of these scripts from ASC.

Mind you, I'm trying to do it on a PC at work but I guess that shouldn't
make a great difference.

Is there somewhere I might find them?

TIA

mange venlige hilsener

Subject: Scripts posted at ASC

The following new & updated scripts of mine have been posted at ASC

Export Folders [v1.1.0]

By: Barry Wainwright, Updated: May 1, 2002
This script will archive ALL your Entourage mail folders as MBOX files
(standard UNIX mailbox format) to a folder on the desktop. It will also
(optionally) set the file type to TEXT so they can be recognised by
programmes other than Entourage. (Script ID: 328)

Insert Notes [v1.0.0]

By: Barry Wainwright, Updated: May 1, 2002
Allows for easy use of standardised 'Boiler Plate' text to be inserted into
mail or news messages. The standard text is stored in Entourage Notes which
must be assigned a category of 'Stationery'. When the script is run a dialog
is presented which allows the user to select one (or several) of these notes
and the text is then inserted into the current draft message. If no draft is
open, a new mail message is created with the contents of the selected notes.
(Script ID: 326)

Open Script in Editor [v1.1.0]

By: Barry Wainwright, Updated: May 1, 2002
Takes a selection of text within a Entourage message and opens an
AppleScript editor window containing the text. Versions for Apple's Script
Editor and Satimage's Smile. Especially useful for when you receive email
message which contains scripts in the body of the message. (Script ID: 329)

Open Scripts Folder [v1.0.0]

By: Barry Wainwright, Updated: May 1, 2002
A simple one, this. All it does is open a finder window showing the
currently active scripts folder. Useful if you like messing with your script
- like me! (Script ID: 331)

Steal a Sig [v3.0.0]
By: Barry Wainwright, Updated: May 1, 2002
The Ultimate Signature Utility! This script will create new signatures from
text selected in messages, or from text on the clipboard or from text typed
into a dialog. It will automatically add fixed text to the start or end of
the signature and can (by user preference) put your newly created signature
on the random signatures list. In addition, full export to and import from
text files of all signatures is supported. A 'must have' utility. (Script
ID: 327)

User Agent [v1.0.0]

By: Barry Wainwright, Updated: May 1, 2002
Displays what email client was used to send the message. Looks for x-Mailer
or User-agent headers if present. If not, it returns the message-id, which
can help to identify some mail clients. This script is handy for
troubleshooting, when you need to know what version of mail client a
correspondent is using. (Script ID: 330)
