Or when you are talking to the service rep specify that if the hard drive is
replaced you want them to copy the contents to the new drive. Apple will do
this but be warned, there seems to be no policy about cost. I've seen Apple
charge my clients (and myself) anywhere from nothing to $35 for the service.
