Autofill in Entourage

Title: Autofill in Entourage

I would like my Entourage to autofill if I type the word “Confy” the text:

Herewith confirmed for reception.
Sincerely Yours,

“

I thought I could do that by creating a rule for ‘Outgoing’:
Tools/Rules/Outgoing
If From Contains [EMAIL PROTECTED]
And
Message body Contains Confy

Then
Replace Confy by
“
Thank you,
Herewith confirmed for reception.
Sincerely Yours,
Sven AERTS
“
But this Replace doesn’t exist...
So I thought ok let’s try run Script... So I thought, hey, look in the script button in the menu bar, I see ‘Insert Text File’... So in TextEdit I copy pasted:
“
Thank you,
Herewith confirmed for reception.
Sincerely Yours,
Sven AERTS
“
But then you don’t get any further... Because the button next to the run Script doesn’t want to select the text file....

Anybody with a suggestion on how you solved this ?
