It's more likely that they are waiting on 10.1.5 which is due out by the end
of the month (rather than Jaguar* which is due out by the end of summer).
One of the reason for waiting for 10.1.5 is that, AFAIK the SR1 will use new
APIs introduced in 10.1.5 to allow Carbon apps to draw anti-aliased text
through Quartz.

*I refer to this summer's update as Jaguar because it hasn't been officially
dubbed "10.2". In fact, there are rumors that it'll be assigned a 10.5
version number so that Apple can charge for it.
