Ok, I understand, but,Diane, then you still have to go to the 'sent folder'-sometimes I forget-click the message,key combination you mention, write something intelligent in it, Wouldn't it be great if you could already do that when composing the message? I believe in outlook you have such a button in the 'new message' menu/ruler. Is it possible to have such a button added in the new message ruler ?
