Take a look at your Mail & News preferences / Reply & Forward. Look at the
4th checkbox., which says
Reply using the Default account
UNCHECK that if you want to reply from the account to which the message was
sent.
In either case, the From line of your reply will read the way you have set
your personal settings for that account: i.e. the email address will be the
one the message went to, and the "display name" (e.g. "Russel Bankson") will
be as you have set "Name" in Personal Information. If you want it to look
different under some circumstances, you can make a "dummy account" (SMTP
server only, no POP server) with different Personal Information, or with a
Reply-To in Additional Headers on Options page, and change the account of
your reply. In Entourage 2001, you could use my Reply Rerouted Account to
do that automatically from a Rule: I'll be updating for Entourage X when I
can.
