Make folders on the IMAP servers that mirror your folder structure in OE
Windows. Drag/copy all your messages from each
OE Windows folder to the IMAP folder.
On your Mac, in Entourage, make and access the same IMAP account. make local
folders ("On My Computer") to mirror the IMAP folders. Drag/copy all
messages from each IMAP folder to the local equivalent. (You may reach the
IMAP's limit for free storage, in which case you'll have to repeat this
process a few times, deleting messages in the IMAP folders and
purging/emptying deleted mail between repeats.) When
done, you can delete the IMAP mail if you wish and/or the IMAP account.

Or stay tuned for Paul Berkowitz's new scripts. Paul is working on a set of
scripts which will import contacts, calendar, tasks and notes from Outlook
to Entourage (and vice versa, and other exports/imports too.)
