1. Use File/ Export contacts in your old identity to export your old Address
Book as a text file, switch identities, then File/Import/Contacts for a Text
file, to import them all. If you have any contacts in both places they will
be duplicated now.

2. If there are only a few, drag them out out individually to your desktop
where they become ,vcf files, switch identities, drag them in. No duplicates
this way.

3. Use new scripts of mine that let you select contacts for export rather
than export all, and/or let you prevent duplicates when importing (letting
you either not import, replace, or keep both and open them to compare).
