Sorry, I forgot to mention that I am using Entourage X, in OS X 10.1.5. When I bring up a Source window and select "File > Print�", nothing happens. I don't even get to the Print dialog. With a regular message window, I get the Print dialog, and a correct printed output. But only short headers.
