Title: Sending HTML format Email Using Entourage

I work for a medical society and I have been asked to find out how to send HTML format email messages using Entourage.  We would like to be able to send email messages to our members that contain our logo, perhaps another graphic or two, and some hyperlinks to various pages on our website.  Additionally, I would like to know if it is possible to set up a “web” page using work and “merge to outbox” using that html page without losing any of the graphics or formatting.  I would also like to set up an html template that I can use for emails to members.
