Yeah, classic. Do what I do in those cases - send a nice polite e-mail to her superior, explaining clearly why, because of his employee's paranoia, she has become a liability risk to any future project, and thus you can't be using that dept/division/person ever again. Sincerely, etc.... Trust me, she'll catch flack.
