When I create a message, it has both Send Now and Send Later up in the toolbar for the message. Send later sends the message next time you do "Send & Receive, useful if one is typing messages when not on-line. But if what you really want is a delayed send where you can specify when the message is sent (say I want to write a birthday greeting today for someone whose birthday is in three days and want it sent in three days), I don't think that you can do that. You can save the message as a draft and make a "to do" to send it in three days of course, but so far as I know, you can't automatically have it sent in three days.
