Youpi Key will emulate most keystroke combinations, but NOT arrow keys or
keys without a modifier key. Keyboard Maestro will do arrow keys, but it
isn't scriptable. The best I could see is:

Set up a shortcut in KM to do an arrow key up; give it some other shortcut
combo.
Then, set up a shortcut in Youpi key to type that keyboard shortcut. Youpi
Key is scriptable, and you can send it a "run shortcut" command. Long way
around to get a keystroke, but hey...

Where is Greg L. (Akua's author) when you need him?
