You can get 

    Export-Import Entourage X

at
 
AppleScript Central

and use the scripts 'Contacts-Groups Export from X' , ''Contacts Import into
X' an 'Groups Import into X' to do what you're asking. (They only came out
about 10 days ago, so you haven't missed much.) You can also  do calendar,
tasks, signatures and most everything else too if you want.
