I'm missing two things: 1. A contact (preferably email) for MS in Germany (I know this is a bit OT sorry): The website is singularly unhelpful and requires that I register for an MS Passport (no thanks) before I can even find out if I am entitled to web-based support.
Background: I bought Office v.X here in Germany withouth bothering to check if it was Internationalized a la OS X and now I'm stuck with a German version when I wanted English. (Several people have said that MS.de will exchange it no problem... ...if I could just reach them. 2. Quartz antialiasing in Entrouage's "editable panes". I get the feeling I missed something here. In the test drive and in the full version prior to applying the SR1 update, I was using Entourage in combination with Silk and had Quartz anti-aliasing. Since applying the SR1 update, I've got "OS 9" antialiasing in Entourage, no quartz, with or without SILK. The other office apps now have Quartz thoughout without recourse to Silk. What's up ?
