In 2001 I'm fairly sure the icons were similar. The problem would be that Thomas may have disabled that mail folder column from display. However, people are complaining that there is no warning that an invitation was received in the default setup of Entourage. I was trying to suggest that the icon that appears in the default set up is as good a warning of something different as any dialog box.
