I've used Palm Desktop while Microsoft was getting their Entourage conduit out. The only problem I had was duplicate items entered into *both* the Palm/Palm Desktop and Entourage during that time from my last sync with E2001 and my first sync with the new conduit. The new conduit works extremely well -- at least for me. We'll see how my wife does with it and her older Palm III. -- Glenn L.
