Mail & News preferences -> Reply & Forward tab -> Check (or uncheck as you
want it to be) the box that says "Reply using the default account" (4th one
down)

If the box is unchecked, the account that receives the email will be the one
that the reply is from. If the box is checked, then every reply will
automatically go through the default account.
