Problem sending vcalendar event to outlook 2000

Title: Problem sending vcalendar event to outlook 2000

This is mostly likely a problem in Outlook rather than Entourage, but I cannot be certain.

I scheduled an event and invited a number of participants via mail. Later, I changed the time of the meeting, and sent an update when prompted.

In Outlook 2000 (Windows), the message is received but does not display the vcalendar item as an attachment (I verified the vcalendar event was included in the outgoing message), nor does it display any text in the message. It apparently also does not update the Outlook calendar. Thus there is no way that the invitees can see the revised meeting time. Is this a known problem with outlook 2000? Can the Entourage team test this and enter a problem report against Outlook 2000?

As you may recall, our office does not use exchange server.
