If you avoid clicking on the messages, you will have your index of headers, just as you want. If you turn off the Preview Pane for a moment (cmd-\), click on one message (it won' download), press cmd-A to select all or sift-click another to select all in between, then Mark As Read (cmd-T) -- or just press opt-cmd-T to select all without doing anything else - all those headers will unbold and show as Read. Don't click on them when Preview Pane is on, and you won't re-download them to your local cache. -- Paul Berkowitz -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
