Howdy, This is almost certainly a FAQ; in fact, I think I remember reading about this when I was subscribed to this list previously. However, I'm hoping perhaps the answer may have changed with Entourage X.
I have a number of addresses in my "recent" history in Entourage that persist in popping up all the time, even though I haven't used them in a long time. My company recently merged with another, and our internal emails have changed so that the old addresses bounce. Short of clearing the entire history, is there any reasonable way to selectively remove some items? If not, is there any way to get a complete list of the recent history, so that I might clear it out totally while having the chance to look over the list for anybody I should add to the address book?
