Close all applications. System Preferences/Internet/Web Use the "Select" menu item in the popup, not an app already displayed, to go to Internet Explorer in /Applications/. Then Log out and Log in (Apple Menu), check it's still set how you set it, open Entourage, find a URL to click in an email.
