I wanted to print a blank calendar for five months, so I opened the calendar, used the Print... command, and clicked on Layout. I then told Entourage not to print appointments, events, etc. Worked great.
However, when I went back to the actual calendar, it was blank; none of my events were appearing. I looked for settings everywhere to "show events" or the like, but didn't find any. The only way I could get my calendar to show up with everything visible was to go to the Print dialog again, change the printing layout to show everything, then print. After the print, my calendar was back to normal. Did I miss a setting somewhere?
