I like to occasionally use a different name when mailing different people. Is this possible without changing the acct. information each time? Do I need to create a “duplicate” account with the same settings, just a different name under the personal information field?
If you want the "From" line to be different - yes. That's exactly what to do. Then just switch the account popup in the message window. You can also make the Default signature for each account different by switching it in the Options page of each account. (If all you want is for your signature to be different, not the From line, just switch signatures with the Signature button in the toolbar.)
