I may have misunderstood the question but there are two ways to do this in
Entourage X:

1. Click on the arrow alongside the icon for your news server in the left
hand pane beneath your mail folders. This will reveal a list of your
subscribed news groups.

2. Click on the icon for your news server in the left hand pane to highlight
it (this shows the full list in the right hand pane) then go to View ->
Subscribed Only in the menu bar.
