Transferring info to a laptop

Hi.
I have been happily using Mac Office 2001 and Entourage 2001 on my G3.  I just bought a G4 laptop and am still using system 9.2 for the time being.  I wanted to export my addresses and some past messages.  Yet Entourage is not listed as a program from which I can import.  What should I do?
