I've now set up a Rule to deal with my out going to various lists. This works fine when the list is set to reply to the list, of course it doesn't work when the list is set to reply to an individual - or should I say I haven't been able to work out how to set up a Rule to deal with this situation! This is probably the time for me to start learning AppleScript :-) > Also, I think there may be some connection between assigning a category to a > FOLDER in the folder list (which you can do with the contextual menu) and > the category given to messages filed into that folder. It certainly doesn't do this in retrospect (if you see what I mean). Your right it would be a cool feature to be able to apply a category to a whole file with just one click.
