I mainly know Outlook from the many viruses it spreads, and Groupwise and Exchange from their poor adherence to internet standards. I don't miss the collaborative features of Outlook at all. There are competing products that do the job better (e.g. Meeting Maker) and personally, I find the phone works just fine.
