- When I enter new names into contacts, Entourage also enters this into the “nickname” space. That then shows up after the name in the summary window and it is extra as I like to copy that window and paste it into a letter. Is there a way to get Entourage to not do this automatically?
If you use the "New Contact" window to make new contacts, nothing should be added to the Nickname field. And if you don't go back in to the saved contact, nothing should be added to the nickname field.

2. I click on the “Sent Items” window. I’d like to do an advanced find listing two criteria: “Subject” and “To.” In the advanced find window, I cannot find how to have “To” be a criteria.
