You can do as George says, but really if all you need is the email addresses, try this:
Open your text file with the addresses each on separate lines: > Now they are like this: > > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [EMAIL PROTECTED] Select All, and copy. Switch to Entourage. Open Address Book. Click on "New Group". Name the group. Click the "Add" button. Now, paste. There you are! All the addresses pasted into a single group in your address book. To send a message, just address it to the group name. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Scripts/> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> > From: George Clark <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Reply-To: "Entourage:mac Talk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Date: Fri, 04 Oct 2002 12:23:10 -0400 > To: "Entourage:mac Talk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: Re: Why doesn't Import tab-koma delimeted email adress list work? > > On 10/4/02 11:35, SVEN AERTS wrote: > >> On 04-10-2002 16:48, "Allen Watson" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> >>> Sven said in his original post that he created these files with Excel. >>> Apparently, something he is doing there is not as he thinks.
