Hi. My pop3 mail account frequently returns a 'server too busy' error when I try to collect mail from it using a different ISP. That's not the problem, though. The problem is Entourage's icon bouncing around manically in the dock whenever this happens. Can I prevent this? It's distracting, annoying, and potentially life-expectancy shortening.
