I had the same problem. I just deleted PGP (and its frameworks) and
everything started to work fine again.

I can echo this. I had been asking about this issue under a recent thread
entitled "Passwords not saving" - I didn't put one & one together & make the
connection to my recently installing PGP 8 beta. I just deleted the files
and the communication between Entourage and Keychain seems to be back in
order.
