It's more usual to write the author of a script directly if you're having problems. He or she is usually best placed to sort things out. There's no reason for the vCard to attach itself to messages from other accounts than whichever you chose in the Prefs script, if the main script is in the Entourage Script Menu Items folder and you chose only one account. It looks to me as if you must have canceled the Prefs script before it finished. Run the prefs script again, and be careful not to select all your account names.
